I know I don’t post nearly as often as I should here, and I know this book isn’t my usual thing. But I have always wanted to write a romantic mystery, and I have always wanted a character akin to Odd Thomas (Dean Koontz) or Richard Jury (Martha Grimes). So, I wrote one, and Alec Brodie is hands down my favorite character to date.
